Chatter

A red ribbon tied tightly
around her hair.
A silent face showing neither sadness nor joy.
Behind the mask of the face lies buried all matter
of an inner machinery, endless thoughts,
chatter of non-existence.
How come stars are shining above ones head,
and one, oblivious of their rotation,
long for them to dance?
