The tale of Anxithicus

“Come out of you shell house Anxithicus”!

A voice requested outside the wintery window.

“Allow me to show you fearlessness”!

Fearful as ever I sat close to the door, able to hear the movements from the outside.

Crackling footsteps in the snow,

Silence.

Then, the thundering voice again, ramming the house:

“Too long have you lingered on wanting to change, hiding from fear,

However, I have come, now open your door and face annihilation”.

Anxious and numb from flushing, I abandoned my house

        And entered laughter.
